My wife and I have been here multiple times and we love it. If you like Hawaiian/polynesian style food, you can't go wrong here. The mac salad is amazing. If you're wanting to reduce carbs, the steamed vegetables are a great alternative side. If you are vegetarian, you can choose the custom bowl with a tofu base. The tofu is served crispy and is super good. I also recommend their sweet potato fries.

My family loves the taste of the Jamaican Jerk and the Hawaiian Terikaki on their fire grilled chicken and the steamed vegetables with brown rice. We don't go often but it really hits the spot when we are running through town.

The service here was amazing! Sandra was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped us order because some of us had never been here before. The food was fresh and tasted really good, and the strawberry lemonade was so refreshing.Thanks!

Rumbi Island is my go-to. Their shrimp tacos are always great. The Rumbi rice is ideal. The service is great. My wife and I frequent the place regularly. Never disappointed.

Andrew the manager! Is a true professional! He is always nice and helpful! The restaurant is always clean! And food is always hot and really good/ healthy! Shout out to the cook! It’s my go to spot in Layton! The music is a vibe also!
